About Us The purpose of the WV Foster Adoptive and Kinship Parents Network is to support the building of a statewide network of foster adoptive and kinship families from all agencies for advocacy and support. We want families to work together and advocate and have our voices heard on issues related to foster care and adoption. In the past families typically have not been at the table when important policy and program decisions are made but we are already changing that.
