Inner Heroes for Humanity
The Inner Heroes For Humanity foundation provides aid to individuals experiencing homelessness. I run visualization/breathing practices along with providing them with nutritious foods and vitamin/mineral supplements to aid their mental and emotional health. Also, we walk the streets in the city of Chicago to talk and more importantly, to listen to the individuals experiencing homelessness. We provide them with hope, motivation, and healing. Together, we can rise those at ground zero into becoming heroes. The ultimate goal is to provide them with resources so they can recreate themselves and engage with society again.
