Upon his passing, Ian’s family and friends created the Ian Clough Explore the World Scholarship as a tribute to his true passion and love – travel and exploration. Through this memorial fund we hope to pass on his adventurous spirit, love of travel and appreciation of other cultures. Our goal is provide students with financial assistance to make their dreams come true with an opportunity to travel globally, experience their own unique adventures and meet people around the globe. This scholarship will be given to students at his alma maters Bob Jones HS in Madison, AL and The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.The scholarship will provide financial assistance for students who desire to participate in educational tours or study abroad programs.
