ACPs initial focus regions are Southeast Asia the Caribbean and Central America Africa and India. What we do ACP selects regional investment managers in Southeast Asia Africa the Caribbean and Central America and India and supports them with capital and technical support necessary to increase the number of climaterelated projects and assetoriented businesses The initial proofofconcept for ACP is the Southeast Asia Clean Energy Facility SEACEF managed by Clime Capital. The shortage of bankable projects is a critical persistent challenge in emerging economies.
