About Us Shop Donate Nominate More milesformaddieoutlook. com Miles For Maddie Foundation Gives Back Working To Create a Better Future for Youth in Memory of Madalyn Irene Chadbourn About Us On October 18th 2023 Madalyn Chadbourn lost her life suddenly at 15 years old due to poor medical care. She had so much of her life ahead of her so many milestones to reach and so many miles to travel reaching them. In just 2 months from her passing she was schedule to start Drivers Ed with one of her best friends a milestone Maddie sadly did not get to experience.
