Women’s Global Leadership Initiatives Mission is to develop knowledgeable and skilled women leaders — women who defy limits to transform the future and ignite change. WGLI provides organizations, women's community service providers and universities with the tools and programs to education the women they serve. Our community engagement model involves local stakeholders to support and invest in the develop of future leaders. WGLI leverages professional women's networks to provide access to training, career entry and advancement opportunities.
