CASA of the High Plains, Inc. provides trained, court-appointed volunteers who serve as the independent voice advocating for the best interest of the child. We are CASA of the High Plains and our advocates are the voice of the children that need them most. TO PROVIDE TRAINED, COURT-APPOINTED VOLUNTEERS WHO INVESTIGATE, MONITOR, AND SERVE AS ADVOCATES IN COURT TO HELP ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN SECURE PERMANENT PLACEMENT IN SAFE, NURTURING HOMES.
