NH OGT – New Hampshire Operation Game Thief Home POACHING is the illegal taking of game animals fish or other crimes involving our natural resources. It can involve hunting or fishing out of season taking of more fish or game animals than the law allows destruction of property trespassing littering or theft. Poachers devastate the states natural resources by breaking laws designed to assure proper wildlife management and species survival. NH CONSERVATION OFFICERS do all they can to combat poaching.

Taste of the Wild menu - September 6, 2025 1st course: Smoked salmon with baguette, whipped ricotta, pickled onion Bread: varieties of semolina and focaccia breads with olive oil and whipped butter 2nd course: Venison Tourtière with pickles, mustard and tomato chutney 3rd course: Roasted duck with sage, black berry gastrique, roasted butternut 4th course: Smoke roasted Bison loin with bourbon caramelized onion sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes and Brussel sprout hash 5th course: Spiced Honeycrisp Apple and Cranberry Crisp, Brown Sugar Oat Streusel and Honey Whipped Sweet Cream Each course will be paired with a beer from Iron Furnace Brewing.
