We diversify the newsroom through access and onthejob training. About Us Welcome to the site of the Minorities in Broadcasting Training Program. Were a nonprofit 501c3 organization formed in 1992 to provide training opportunities to college graduates in TVradio news reporting sports and weather reporting news management TV production special projects. We offer opportunities to those individuals whohave encountered substantial difficulty in gaining access to broadcast careers.
