THE BOMAZEEN LAND TRUST ENABLES DIRECT DESCENDANTS OF THE ABENAKI/WABANAKI PEOPLE TO RENEW AND RESUME THEIR CARETAKING AND STEWARDSHIP ROLES FOR LANDS AND WATERS WITH HISTORICAL, SPIRITUAL, AND ECOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE TO THE ABENAKI/WABANAKI PEOPLE.

Bomazeen Land Trust An intertribal initiative to protect Wabanaki homelands knowledge and future generations. Dedicated to supporting Wabanaki landback foodways and cultural practice. Indigenous people comprise only 5 of the worlds population but protect 80 of the worlds biodiversity. Our communities constitute 50 of the cultural diversity on Turtle Island.
