EJ39S PROMISE To Make A Difference Our Story EJs Promise was conceived and founded by mother and daughter Karen Sams and Elizabeth Simon. It was born out of the combined devastating events that happened in our family. E is for Emery daughtergranddaughter who was born on 122917 with a fatal genetic chromosome disorder called Trisomy 18. Emery died on 61618 at only 5 mos.
