TCBA DECEMEMBER ETHICS CLE December 3, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. on Zoom Title: The Ethics of Pro Bono Advice and Representation presented by Attorney, Amy Perlman from Connolly Tacon & Meserve, Attorney John Kesler III from Bean Gentry Wheeler & Peternell, Attorney Bonnie Rosinbum from TCVLS, and Volunteer Legal Program Manager, Ryan Cole. from TCVLS. Agenda: Attorneys who have experience volunteering with pro bono organizations will review the relevant RPCs that cover the relationship between attorney and client in the volunteer legal clinic environment.
