We provide crisis intervention, training seminars and benevolence to First Responders (Police, Fire, Military, EMS) and their families. During crisis events, national and natural disasters, we work with departments to provide peer support to those in need. We also provide pre-event training seminars to help responders develop the coping skills they need to walk through the critical events of life and their career. In addition, we can provide pre and post deployment sessions for Military families, as they adjust to their new normal. We are level 1 providers of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) techniques. We can also provide departments with Chaplains and the development of Peer Support Teams and Chaplaincy programs as requested.

These first responders deal with traumatic crisis events on a regular basis. Whether its a fireman seeing a child die a soldier dying in the arms of another soldier police and military being called to a natural disaster OLS is there to provide preincident training and postincident intervention programs.
