The mission of the Carolina Blackout organization is to give our players the opportunity to fully develop their softball skills in a positive environment. The Carolina Blackout organization encourages our team to enter tournaments that challenge our players to play above their abilities so that they are challenged and strive to improve to the next level. We are dedicated to providing our players with a well-rounded experience where each player is given the opportunity to not only develop their athletic skills, but also learn real life skills of confidence, leadership, and team dynamics. We are committed to developing a highly competitive softball team with a great work ethic who demonstrates good sportsmanship both on and off the field.
