As President of The STAR DAY FoundationI was honored to announce the creation of THE OFFICIAL STATE BISON HERD OF TEXAS FUND at The Spirit of STAR DAY 2013 Celebration conducted by The STAR DAY Foundation on STAR DAY Tuesday February 19 2021 in the Texas State Capitol Rotunda beginning at 12 noon to celebrate the anniversary of the 167th birthday of the Great State of Texas.
