A queer bar in Pittsburgh called @ptownbar was inspected during a drag show on May 3, 2025. Attendees and staff were not given an explanation. This is not new or uncommon. We are more grateful now than ever for safe queer spaces. "In true drag fashion, @queen_indica pivoted to performance-as-resistance, she took to the streets for an a capella rendition of 'Pink Pony Club'. The crowd joined in turning the sidewalk into a spontaneous moment of queer solidarity." @qburgh Desert Voices Chorus stands for inclusion, love and joy.
