ERO OPERATES UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THE PROJECT PROVIDES LOW INCOME HOUSING DESIGNED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE ELDERLY AND PEOPLE WITH HANDICAPPING CONDITIONS, INCLUDING CONTRACTED CASE MANAGEMENT AND SPECIALIZED THERAPEUTIC SERVICES.
