Man 2 Man – UYA helps young men reach their full potential through personal development, spiritual accountability, and professional enrichment. We are a nonprofit deeply committed to breaking the cycle of Father Absence for our families of color in the SF Bay Area. Our goal is to provide our clients the ability to position/reposition themselves as leaders of their families and communities. Man 2 Man – Urban Youth Advocate is a collection of recovery, intervention and educational programs for men that are delivered by men. Man 2 Man – UYA mentors young adult men of all ethnicities between the ages of 10 and 24. The program provides life skills that will help and enhance personal development.

Our Commitment to Families We work in and out of prisons with justiceimpacted fathers and their families addressing immediate needs and fostering longterm success. Through our Last Time In program we provide critical resources such as housing employment and mental health support upon release.
