Sac Valley Youth Shooting Sports Association OUR MISSION Sac Valley Youth Shooting Sports Association SVYSSA is a NonProfit 501c3 and functions to further firearms safety through education and training in support of youth shooting sports and competitions. Our purpose is to emphasize the positive influence shooting sports can have in a youths life. We do this by providing a safe comfortable positive environment that enhances the athletes selfconcept while building character and aiding in personal growth through safe educational and socially acceptable involvement in shooting sports. This will be accomplished while promoting the highest standards of safety sportsmanship teamwork and ethical behavior.
