About the organization

Our Vision is to have a community free from animal cruelty pet overpopulation and to provide ongoing educational opportunities for future generations. OUR STORY The Clark County SPCA formed in November of 2016 to fill the gap in the needed services available to the citizens of Clark County Ohio. The county was without a trained Humane Agent to investigate animal abuse and neglect. Educational services were no longer being provided in school systems or area businesses for dog safety or responsible dog ownership.
