Casper Windy City Striders Welcome to the Casper Windy City Striders . The Windy City Striders are located in Casper Wyoming and are among the oldest running organizations in the state. Our club began in approximately 2002 when a few passionate runners united by a love for the sport decided to come together. As more people in the community showed interest in running the organization was formed.
