Here you will find information about our historic organization our new scholarship program a roster of current and past members and ways to dig deeper into the history of the amazing women who have paved the way for female musicians in Los Angeles today. Community Outreach THE LEILA WEBSTER MEMORIAL MUSIC AWARD The LEILA WEBSTER MEMORIAL MUSIC AWARD which the Dominant Music Club established in 2019 is an important outreach to our local music community. In the past the Club awarded scholarships to deserving female musicians in the Los Angeles area.
