Community Outreach THE LEILA WEBSTER MEMORIAL MUSIC AWARD The LEILA WEBSTER MEMORIAL MUSIC AWARD which the Dominant Music Club established in 2019 is an important outreach to our local music community. In the past the Club awarded scholarships to deserving female musicians in the Los Angeles area.
