Break the Silence is a faith based non-profit that exists to open up the conversation in the Church about mental health. Our goal is to extend the hope and love of Jesus Christ to those affected by mental illness and let them know they do not have to go through trials alone. We do this through advocacy efforts, education, support groups, and referral services. Our hope is to reach every local church with the message that it's time to erase the shame and stigma associated with mental health issues and start talking about it! Let's Break the Silence!!!
