#HERbeat the film is a full length documentary showcasing some of the leading women in taiko today. For millennia, women were barred from Taiko stages. Not anymore. To develop, produce and promote artistic excellence in taiko performance and to use taiko as a way to strengthen and build community in the Midwest.
