TGRR is a nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue rehabilitation humane treatment and placement of homeless Golden Retrievers and to the education of the public about the breed. Located in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina including Greensboro and WinstonSalem TGRR works cooperatively with other regional rescue groups and is open to arranging longdistance adoptions whenever we find a good match between the needs and circumstances of a dog and a family.
