Our programs are primarily developed for children living in marginalized communities, attending underserved schools, and most vulnerable to the problems associated with processed foods. Our ’root-up’ approach to food education focuses on how to source, prepare, and consume food in ways that will positively impact our health, environment, and economy. We believe that every child, regardless of background, age, or aptitude, has the opportunity to thrive through the power of food.
