The HSBJLA Needs Your Help Huntington State Beach Junior Lifeguard Association HSBJLA The Huntington State Beach Junior Lifeguard Association HSBJLA supports the Junior Lifeguard programs at both Huntington and Bolsa Chica State Beaches. The HSBJLA became a Cooperating Association with California State Parks in May 2021 and is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
