Join us Saturday, May 24 for a special Memorial Day Weekend Program: Japanese Americans in World War II - A Legacy of Valor. Presented with the Nisei Veterans Committee, this program follows the stories of Japanese Americans who served during World War II, including the 442nd Army Division, which sustained a casualty rate of up to 314%. From the unjust internment of thousands of Japanese American citizens to the heroism of the all-Japanese American Army units that fought with unparalleled dedication, this era left a lasting imprint on American history. Date: Saturday, May 24, 2025 Time: 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM This event is FREE for Museum Members and is included in the cost of Museum admission. Free Admission all weekend, May 24-26, 2025 for veterans and active duty military. (fb)
