Repairs Maintenance North Bay Community Foundation helps restore safe conditions to homes that have limited disposable income to invest in repairs and maintenance. Free repairs are based on the needs of the home and are available to individuals that meet our eligibility requirements Rebuilding Along with small scale repairs and maintenance we aim to fund larger renovation projects for homes and individuals that need assistance when a repair just doesnt cut it anymore.
