Super Shot - The Vaccine Experts Welcome to Super Shot Super Shot has provided affordable and accessible vaccines to the Fort Wayne area for the past 30 years. We offer vaccinations for adults and children an experienced clinical team and familyfriendly hours. At Super Shot your appointment will be private and efficient. We accept Medicaid and all commercial insurance plans.
