A globally identified nonprofit that seeks to identify health complications and populations at risk through assessment, education, and monitoring of health issues of at-risk populations in our communities. Aiding in the formulation of public policies in collaboration with communities and government agencies; Liams Foundations seeks to prioritize and help aid in the relief of local and national health problems such as poverty, vaccine equity, and global health equity. To assure that all populations have access to medical care, including health promotion and disease prevention services. The goal is to reduce mortality, poverty, and lack of health and education access. Through the application of health promotion and disease prevention designed to improve and enhance the quality of life.
