The mission of A Moment to Smile is to help children who have lost a parent to the disease of addiction, or have a parent who is struggling with the disease, and are experiencing financial hardship and not able to completely support the child. We help children not miss out on the basic joys of childhood by assisting with the payments needed for such things as sports fees or music or dance lessons. We help with the cost of holiday gifts, camp, prom dresses, new bikes, etc.. Whatever the child has requested or needs that the parent or guardian cannot obtain because of their financial situation. We help so the child can have a moment to feel like a kid again, a moment to smile.
