Mass Hike is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which aims to make nature more accessible to people living in Boston. At Mass Hike, we believe spending time in nature is medicine. We strive to make this health resource available to everyone regardless of their resources. We provide customers with convenient, affordable transportation out into, and we support riders all along their journey: trail guides, first aid, navigation support, and an optional guided tour. Mass Hike bridges divides between different populations and the natural world by providing low-cost transportation out into, by building children’s and their families’ confidence and comfort in navigating the outdoors, and by fostering a community of diverse individuals who engage with nature together.
