OCH BRINGS TOGETHER PARTNERS FROM MANY DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS, SECTORS, COMMUNITIES, AND TRIBES. BUILDING BRIDGES BETWEEN AND AMONG THE COMMUNITY AND CLINICAL WORKFORCE TO CREATE A MORE PERSON-CENTERED APPROACH TO HEALTH. FOR EXAMPLE, OCH HOSTS A VARIETY OF LEARNINGS AND CONVENINGS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO FOSTER RELATIONSHIP BUILDING, PEER SHARING, AND IMPROVED CONNECTIONS ACROSS THE REGION.
