We are sounding like a broken record. As a rescue, we are suffering like all of them right now. We have way too many dogs, way too few fosters, hardly any adopters, dogs being abandoned, fosters giving them back, donations are low, expenses are up and it’s a sink hole. This is all rescues. We are fighting an endless battle. Everyone may feel like they are being overlooked by their rescue or forgotten. All rescues are suffering and are drowning in debt, have little to no funding, and have more and more expenses. We need fosters desperately. We need adopters. We have dogs that need moved immediately. Some have been with us over a year and are getting very frustrated. They need to have a home to settle their anxiety and give them everything they need to prosper. We have 10 pups on our property with 6 coming back from fosters. We have no space and are trying to figure this out. We still need our kennels repaired to make them usable. The project was not done properly and they still need repairs to be functional.
