Palm Beach Island Hospice Foundation has been dedicated to the support of Hospice of Palm Beach County for more than 40 years. Through the fundraising efforts and the dedicated work of our independent volunteer group, the foundation is able to provide resources for programs that support end of life care for patients and their families.
