When Rochester Regional Health team member, Ed Patrick, found running, he was at one of the most challenging points in his life. What started as a New Year’s resolution - to simply walk a mile a day to keep moving, despite significant loss - has now become a lifestyle. Through miles of training, half marathons, and even a full marathon, Ed found strength and resilience.
