This graduation season, we want to highlight how future architects from Florida A&M University and the University of Miami School of Architecture are learning how forests and buildings connect. With support from SFI, architecture students explored sustainable forestry, and the life cycle of mass timber, and the connections between the two. Students experienced firsthand how SFI-certified wood products support low-carbon design and how mass timber can shape a more sustainable future.
