True Top 1% Foundation, when we say Top 1% we mean our Military not the richest Americans like Bill Gates / Our Arts4Vets program is to Combat Veteran Suicide To support, honor and empower our True Top 1%er’s (military) by fostering mental health, resilience, and community through innovative programs, including art therapy, outreach initiatives, and creative opportunities; using art as a tool of self-expression to help our military community navigate through MST, PTS'D' and other traumas.
