While truly feral cats can become predators that endanger birds and small creatures cats fed in managed colonies adapt and thrive without threatening endangered species TOOTSIE BEFORE AFTER Tootsie was an angry untrusting mother cat determined to protect her two kittens. We learned that she had been declawed.
