Habitat for Humanity – Building change, one house at a time. Habitat for Humanity Building change one house at a time. Homes built 27 and counting. Since its inception in 2005 Habitat for Humanity Leeward has built 27 homes 100 with the help of our incredible volunteers. In addition we did two house rehabs in Nanakuli.
