Through our Project Climb initiative we aim to help local youth and adults facing barriers to the therapeutic benefits of the outdoors. Using rock climbing as our main modality we help our participants build selfesteem and selfefficacy connect with their community and environment and learn valuable problemsolving skills to take into all facets of their lives.
