Home Upper Queen Annes Youth Association The purpose of UQA is to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of children ages 4 through 14 by facilitating the availability of local youth activities including individual and team sports along with other activities intended to instill a sense of community belonging selfconfidence leadership traits and dignity. Additionally to promote cooperation among other youth organizations in the area and to conduct educational andor charitable activities which promote community within in Queen Annes County.
