Second Chance Ranch | Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

SCR serves as a sanctuary for retired sport horses and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy program Second Chance Ranch is an award winning 501c3 corporation that has served Washington State since 1999.  Our services offer a dual impact; we provide a platform for mental health professionals in the Inland Northwest to incorporate Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) into their existing treatment program.  Additionally, we offer two other programs open to the community; a youth program and a military support group and art class. We are passionately committed to equipping mental health professionals with the tools and knowledge to cultivate and advance the next generation of mental health care. Our mission is to provide vital support to young people and military communities through the transformative power of equine therapy.
