GSCDC was Founded in Philadelphia though our scope is not limited to one neighborhood city or county in Pennsylvania. We believe in a natural process of conservation and beautification that transcends socioeconomic barriers. GSCDC works for all communities in PA to beautify conserve history and protect green spaces.
