PCRA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization led by an all- volunteer board. 100% of all fees collected by PCRA are committed to maintaining and enhancing our programs. PCRA offers need-based financial assistance to committed participants. PELHAM COMMUNITY ROWING ASSOCIATION (PCRA) OFFERS PROGRAMS FOR INDIVIDUALS OF ALL ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS WITHIN AN ENVIRONMENT OF SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT.
