Foster Nation engages and empowers the community to help foster youth aging out of the system become self-sufficient adults by providing financial resources, social support and mentorship. We envision a world where the community steps in to ensure all foster youth feel supported and prepared for the real world when they age out of the system. We aim to raise awareness of the foster care system in order to reach our goal of helping foster youth transition from foster care to college, or foster care to career - impossible to I'm Possible.
