Home - Youth Life Builders Foundation of Southern Wisconsin Youth Life Builders Foundation of Southern Wisconsin Our Mission Youth life Builders YLB Mission is to provide summer program scholarships to low income and atrisk students entering grades 710 in South Central Wisconsin to help with their development and personal growth. Scholarships will target programs that focus on fostering a sense of belonging inclusion and selfesteem. Programs would be chosen that cater to the students interests and passion. This could include the arts athletics team building or outdoor experiences.
