It is the largest state park in northern Cal The PRA was formed in 1975 to assist the park staff in providing interpretive and educational programs to the public. It is a contracted cooperating association with the California Department of Parks and Recreation and is chartered by the IRS as a nonprofit 501(c)(3)corporation. The mission of the association is to enhance and enrich the public?s experience at Henry W. Coe State Park through education and interpretation. There is no paid staff in the association. The governing structure is the board of directors who volunteer their time.

Get ready for a scenic run or walk in the beautiful Hunting Hollow of Henry W. Coe State Park! Join our annual 5K/10K Fun Run/Walk on June 7th and enjoy a relatively flat dirt road course through a stunning valley, crossing creeks and taking in the sights of Late Spring flowers. 🌼 Keep an eye out for local wildlife like deer, coyotes, and bobcats, and maybe even spot a golden eagle or red tailed hawk soaring above! 🦅 Proceeds from this event benefit the Pine Ridge Association and support projects for Coe Park.
