LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD LEADERSHIP ACADEMY EXISTS TO EMPOWER YOUNG MALE ATHLETES OF COLOR FROM SINGLE PARENT HOMES TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL ON AND OFF THE FIELD.
